The robot scans pallet and case-level inventory up to 38 feet high, using computer vision, RFID, and Cognex barcode technology with over 99.5% accuracy. It covers 200,000 square feet in under 8 hours, operates in cold storage (0°F and above), and integrates seamlessly into existing WMS platforms via standard APIs or data extracts.
In pilot testing, the AiR DC scanned 70,000+ inventory locations, corrected over 3,800 errors, and reduced 660 daily pick issues—all while improving employee satisfaction by offloading repetitive tasks. Its plug-and-play design eliminates the need for costly infrastructure changes, setting it apart from drones or fixed systems.
Following its debut at ProMat 2025, where it received strong industry interest, the AiR DC is positioned to bring scalable, AI-powered automation to sectors ranging from 3PLs and manufacturing to retail, pharma, and automotive logistics.
