Delivering high-precision barcode scanning for rack and shelf-level inventory
Cognex provides the industrial barcode vision system integrated into the Dane AiR™ DC, leveraging the advanced capabilities of the DataMan® 380 Series. This fixed-mount reader delivers ultra-fast, high-accuracy decoding of 1D and 2D barcodes in warehouse environments where lighting, angles, and distance can vary significantly.
Combined with AiR™ DC’s autonomous scanning routes, Cognex vision allows the robot to accurately scan pallet and case-level barcodes—up to 38 feet high—with a read rate exceeding 99.5%. With powerful image processing, liquid lens autofocus, and multi-code capability, Cognex ensures inventory is not only counted—but counted correctly.
